Postural Assessment & Gait Analysis
Gait analysis, carried out by posture specialists, looks at our posture and biomechanics during movement. All assessments highlight where these findings may be the cause of pain and dysfunction or have prevented us from being at our optimal best. Thus allowing advice to be given and treatment to take place to then correct these imbalances.

Postural assessment looks at those individual differences to find ones 'normal' and then looks to see where there has been deviation from that normal. We are sometimes born with imbalances or they can develop from repeated actions like sitting at a computer or playing a sport using our dominant side.
