We believe in prevention and management as well as cure. The body and all its systems are inter-related and nothing works in isolation. Therefore, though some conditions may need specialist attention, there are often related issues we can address to make things easier. By addressing issues and imbalances early on,  it is possible to reduce the likelihood of injury and dysfunction occurring.

Initial Consultation

A detailed case history will be taken. This is important to determine the best course of treatment or referral. It will help to highlight areas that should be avoided or focussed on, specific to your set of circumstances. The consultation will include examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment/referral.

To be able to carry out examinations you may be asked to remove outer layers of clothing. Please be aware of this and dress suitably. Every step of the examination and treatment process will be explained and carried out with your consent for a management plan to be formulated.
